Kingdom is a best-selling seinen manga series that launched in 2006, and it’s still going strong today with 60 volumes and counting. In fact, this manga is outselling many series that are decades older than it is, showing what a strong following it has as an excellent historical manga series. Kingdom’s story focuses on protagonist Li Xin in ancient China’s Warring States period. Li is an orphan who’s determined to join the Qin army and make it big as a warrior and leader. The rest of Kingdom follows Li’s incredible rise to power and prominence as a great battlefield commander.
When you compare them with the other games in the series, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl didn’t do anything too groundbreaking to really shake things up. One notable thing it did do, however, was bring Pokemon trading into the modern age. Instead of using a cable link, it made use of the Nintendo DS’ WiFi connectivity to trade Pokemon with other players. After defeating the enemy, Zorro leaves his sword’s slash on the person, which looks like Z. Other than the sword slashing, punishing the evil with aggressive powers, the sow has a comedy relief.
