Prior to establishing NurseShifts, in Alpharetta, GA and sister company, StaffHealth, William Goldstein grew various other healthcare staffing firms. He was previously CEO of PhysicianJobs.com.Goldstein founded Nationwide Medical Services in Norfolk, VA in 1992. This would soon expand to be the fastest growing firm in the nurse staffing sector. During its first 6 years in business, Nationwide’s earnings grew 300% annually. This growth permitted Nationwide to add additional offices in more places. In 1997, Nationwide joined Jackson & Coker, the most famous brand in the industry to become J&C Nationwide. Will Goldstein remained CEO, until he sold it in 2004. During that time, over 165,000 physicians and healthcare professionals used J&C Nationwide for its services.
Then subject to a five year non compete clause, William would enter a new industry with RCG Companies, the publicly traded company that would subsequently become OneTravel Holdings OneTravel Holdings would become one of the leading leisure tour operators in the United States, with brands such as SunTrips and 1800CHEAPSEATS.
William Goldstein graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is an entrepreneur that has been part of the formation of many businesses.Mr. Goldstein began his remarkable career as an entrepreneur in 1987when he acquired a local locksmith and security company with one location in Norfolk, Virginia. He grew that business to four locations and in excess of 20 mobile units, before selling the company, in 1992. Ever since, he’s been involved in healthcare staffing and technology companies. His current enterprises, NurseShifts and StaffHeath are quickly becoming setting the standard in the healthcare staffing industry.
